CURB APPEAL TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR HOME

Spring is finally here! It also means that the buying season has started. And yes you guessed it! It's a buyers market. Buyers can take their time choosing which home they like best.

Curb appeal can help give you a competitive edge with out breaking the bank.

1. Cleaning the back yard can go a long way. Maintain the grass neatly cut and dispose of any trash.

2. Your front door must look its best! A coat of paint can do the job. Remember to remove all hardware before you sand and paint. Also make sure you use a primer before you paint.

3. Spruce up the front yard. Clean, mulch, cut grass, plant new flowers and trees. The added color will make a big difference in brightening up your home.

4. Make a statement with a colorful flower tower which you can find at www.homedepot.com/gardenclub. It it's easy and inexpensive.
